Hi, I’m Michelle.

I am a 2x NCAA Division I Women’s Softball National Champion and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, wife and mom to three young adults and our 14 year old furbaby, Mowgli.

I understand the pressure, overwhelm, and the experience of evolving through changing roles that student-athletes and women who are juggling careers, caregiving, and their own well-being often face, because I’ve lived both.

What makes me different is the way I bridge these two perspectives. I connect deeply with driven individuals, whether they’re competing on the field or showing up in their careers and for their families. I coach from a grounded, compassionate, and strengths-based approach that honors your lived experience, your values, and your definition of success. My work isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about discovering what matters most to you and identifying small shifts in daily habits that align with your vision so that your actions become intentional and compliment the outcomes you desire.
